The music business is one place where women are really dominant and present in a big, big way.

The Grammy nominations were released yesterday and Beyonce led all nominees with 10 (she also got a nomination for a song she helped write for the film Cadillac Records.)  Taylor Swift followed with 8.  Lady Gaga was also up there with five. Congrats ladies.
