Oh dear: Real Housewives of D.C. participant Michaele Salahi has alleged that during her Wednesday appearance on daytime television’s The View, host Whoopi Goldberg perpetrated “outrageous abuse” upon the White House party crasher. Salahi’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, told the Daily Beast that what looked like Whoopi gently touching her client’s back was actually a form of physical violence. Bloom also alleges that after taping concluded, Goldberg screamed at Salahi, “I didn’t fucking hit you! Did you say I fucking hit you?” Salahi’s Facebook note claiming charges of “outrageous abuse” by Goldberg and promising audio and video of the altercation has been deleted.
