A court last year ruled that CBS should not have to pay an FCC fine after Jackson accidentally bared her breast during a Super Bowl performance with Justin Timberlake. Well, the FCC appealed that decision and sent it to the Supreme Court, which, we’re sure, was a bit bemused by such a case.
