Supreme Court Weighs In on Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction

The Supreme Court today sent the case on Janet Jackson’s infamous wardrobe malfunction back to an appeals court. A court last year ruled that CBS should not have to pay an FCC fine after Jackson accidentally bared her breast during a Super Bowl performance with Justin Timberlake. Well, the FCC appealed that decision and sent it to the Supreme Court, which, we’re sure, was a bit bemused by such a case.
